3. The overall layout of the company is to develop the section in Bohai Economic Zone based on Beijing and Qingdao, drive the Midwest section by Chongqing Market, and focusing on the urban layout in the Northeast industrial base through Dalian, Shenyang, and Changchun;  
4. Increase the number of “Wenzhou City” projects to 30-40 in key regions of Northeast China, North China, Bohai Economic Zone and Northwest China, establish 10 “Parkland Shopping Mall” and “Outlets” projects in major cities.
